About Evergreen Data Harbor
We're not trying to be the biggest data services company in Spokane. We're trying to be the most careful one — for the clients who need that most.
Where we started
Evergreen Data Harbor started from a simple observation: families navigating estate situations didn't have a good local option for handling devices carefully. Big-box stores treated it like a transaction. National services were built for corporate IT. And "just factory reset it" — the most common advice — isn't actually safe.
There was a gap between what families and estate professionals actually needed — careful handling, clear documentation, a human to talk to — and what was available to them locally.
EDH was built to fill that gap. Not as a tech company, not as an enterprise service, but as a small, accountable local business that takes this kind of work seriously.
"Personal data deserves the same care you gave it when you were alive."
What we actually believe
When someone calls us during an estate, they're not in a position to evaluate technical jargon or compare service tiers. We tell people what they actually need — and what they don't.
Providing written records isn't just professional practice — it's how you show someone that their situation was taken seriously and handled with intention.
Being a small local business means we're accountable in ways larger companies aren't. Our reputation lives in this community. That's a feature, not a bug.
How we work
Before anything is agreed to, we talk through what you have and what you need. No quotes issued before we understand the situation. No jargon, no pressure.
You'll know the price and timeline before we touch anything. If something changes the scope, you hear about it before it affects the bill. Always.
Every device is logged. Every action recorded. You receive written documentation of what was done — in plain language, formatted for your estate file.
Our values
These aren't marketing words. They're the things we check our own work against.
What's on a device is private. We treat it that way — without exception, without curiosity, without retention. What we recover goes to you. What we destroy is gone.
We tell you what we can and can't do before we start. We explain our process in plain language. If something's outside our capability, we say so and point you somewhere better.
Estate timelines don't move for anyone. We commit to timelines we can keep and communicate proactively if anything changes. You won't have to chase us.
Most of our clients are navigating something hard. We don't rush, oversell, or minimize what they're going through. We do the work carefully, and we treat people the way we'd want to be treated in the same situation.
Spokane, WA
We serve the Spokane area intentionally. Not because it's where we happen to be — but because local accountability matters in this kind of work. When you trust someone with a family member's devices, you should be able to look them in the eye.
We're not a franchise, not a national chain, not a remote service. We're neighbors. That means something to us.
